Initial Impressions guarantees product quality. However, these are custom products so please make sure spelling and dates for embroidery are correct.

We offer a 30 day guarantee on workmanship.

We work very hard to keep shipping prices affordable. Shipping prices are based on average sizes and weights of our products.

When shipped by priority mail, you will receive an email with the tracking information. The package is deemed delivered when it is confirmed as delivered by the postal service. I cannot be responsible for the security of your mailbox.

Please allow 10 days to 2 weeks for standard delivery. Rush shipping is available. Choose Rush 3-Day Delivery or Overnight Delivery when placing your order.
